Scenic World is an eco-accredited attraction overlooking the Jamison Valley in the World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains. It provides safe, easy access to a Jurassic rainforest via the world’s steepest passenger railway or Australia’s steepest cableway.

Visitors can experience Australia’s longest elevated rainforest boardwalk and take in the magnificent flora and fauna – including Lyrebirds. They can even drink water from a mountain spring.

They can also ride the Skyway, a cablecar with a partial-glass floor that crosses a deep gorge dominated by the Katoomba Falls.

There are two restaurants, a kiosk, cinema and large souvenir shop.

Open every day from 9.00am-5.00pm.
