Victoria’s Affordable Accommodation – Caravan Park

Where is it?

Phillip Island, Vic. Nestled among the sand dunes right on Newhaven Beach, Phillip Island Caravan Park allows guests to get up close to resident Little Penguins as they return to shore of an evening after a day at sea. The park is also dotted with trees and gardens and is conveniently located close to public transport and 500 metres from restaurants, cafés and shops.

What’s it like?

Although the park has been in operation for over 30 years, it now has the Big4 stamp of approval, bringing with it regular refurbishments to ensure the facilities are up to date. Among the facilities are electric barbecues, a modern camp kitchen, laundry with washers and dryers, internet kiosk and wi-fi, games room, TV and video room, playground with giant jumping pillow, hot tub and a seasonal outdoor cinema.

How much does it cost?

Powered sites from $31 per night, Bunk Cabins from $40 per couple per night, Park Cabins from $71 per couple per night, Ensuite Cabins (one bedroom) from $91 per couple per night or Holiday Cabins (two bedrooms) from $103 per couple per night. Superior options also available.
