It’s a challenge, these days, to flick on the 6pm bulletin without coming across some woeful new situation faced by Qantas – but as this result shows, experiences with our national carrier on a consumer level remain overwhelmingly positive.
At the other end of the scale, TigerAir – despite major measures to improve customer service – still has a way to go before public perception changes. Most interestingly of all, though is the number of additional votes that Virgin Australia received this year – some 24 per cent more votes than in 2013. There’s stiff competition in the air.
