Where is it?
Eden, NSW South Coast. Atop a headland between two bays, this apartment complex overlooks the ocean and is less than a 15-minute walk to nearby Aslings or Cocora Beach. Between September and December these surrounding waters are a hot spot for whale watching.
What’s it like?
Eagle Heights comprises 10 two-bedroom, self-contained, villa-style units, all with ocean views. With a crisp white-and-navy colour scheme, apartments also feature reverse-cycle air conditioning, flat-screen television and DVD player, Austar and free internet access. Some apartments have balconies, while others have private carports. To add to the beachside experience, the complex has a large saltwater pool and spa, as well as a cliff-top gazebo barbecue area.
How much does it cost?
Family Unit from $120 per night, Scenic Unit from $130 per night, Scenic Deluxe Unit from $140 per night and Balcony Unit from $150 per night, with Superior Units also available. A weekly special runs from September to December, where a Family Unit may be rented for seven days for $550.
