As one of the original beach shacks built along 1770’s esplanade, this family-friendly villa offers old-school beach charm in spades.

Inside its bright blue walls are two self-contained, open-plan apartments, each sleeping four guests.

With prime positioning overlooking Bustard Bay, secluded from other properties and surrounded by bushland, you can expect a native visitor or two here – a pretty faced wallaby perhaps, or a black cockatoo. And you’ll definitely see a view – Round Hill Creek is just 150 metres away, where a sandy beach (excellent for swimming, snorkelling and fishing) is the perfect spot to leave your boat, as you can check on it from your verandah.

Adding to the area’s charm are many nearby barbecue spots, a boardwalk by the beach and nearby Tree Bar – serving cool drinks, good meals and great bay views.

From $600 per week (low season), $1600 per week (high season). Sleeps four (per apartment).
