Early one December morning, my boyfriend and I decided to go for a lazy mid-week drive up the eastern beach on Bribie Island in Queensland.

Halfway up we discovered this glass bottle that washed ashore in the previous high tide.

You could tell it had some history; it was covered in shellfish and had a blue bottle stuck to the side of it.

This image was taken with my brand new Canon EOS 600D.
