7 Barilla Bay Oysters: It’s just 15km from Hobart airport, so you can stock up on some of Australia’s finest just-shucked oysters before getting on the plane. It has special insulated containers with icepacks for just this purpose! 1388 Tasman Highway, Cambridge.
