You’ll start this culinary journey through Tasmania in Hobart with a full-day Bruny Island tour. Not only will you get your fill of the island’s best local produce – from oysters, cheese, berries, wine and spirits – but you’ll also learn all about the chocolate-making process in a masterclass at Federation Artisan Chocolate.
The next destination on the itinerary is St Helens. The tour will take you through the central highlands of Tasmania with stops at a whisky distillery and a flour mill before you arrive in time for a morning walk along the famous Bay of Fires followed by a hands-on jam making class at Eureka Farm.
