The magazine quickly gained a reputation for inspired travel writing and photography and a fearless dedication to independent advice. Australian Traveller became the best-selling travel magazine in the country in 12 months.
In 2012 Australian Traveller Media expanded with the launch of International Traveller magazine and internationaltraveller.com catering to the outbound Australian traveller.
The brand delivered the same excellence in travel writing and photography with a fierce dedication to sound and independent advice as its older sister and quickly become the market leader for outbound travel.
Our founder Quentin Long is the most trusted travel media commentator in the country, often seen on Ch9’s Mornings, A Current Affair and News programs. He is also heard across the country on ABC 702 Sydney, ABC Statewide Victoria and Sydney’s 2GB radio station.
