Tasmania’s cult-favourite, two-Michelin-key Saffire Freycinet is getting an uber-luxe private villa sister: Saffire Jewel. Slated to open in late 2026 and hemmed by Freycinet National Park’s stupendous natural drama, the new three-suite, 800-square-metre retreat in is now open for bookings.

Saffire Jewel is situated within Tassie’s remarkable Coles Bay, which lies within Freycinet National Park. The villa is framed by the awe-inspiring pink granite peaks of The Hazards mountain range and sits above the calm waters of Great Oyster Bay. 

The accommodation
